The project restores existing architectural elements such as staircases, courtyards and façades, recovering the original finishes and character of the building. Inside, the intervention creates a contemporary living environment while enhancing original features such as vaulted ceilings, exposed brick walls and traditional construction elements, establishing a dialogue between heritage, comfort and modern use.
