Site management for the renovation of the pavilion of the former Hospital de l’Esperit Sant in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. The project involved modifying the interior layout and restoring the exterior enclosures in order to recover the building’s original appearance, both in terms of composition and materiality, colour and architectural character. The intervention also included the full renewal of the building’s services and installations, with the aim of adapting the space for new active employment policies promoted by the municipality of Santa Coloma de Gramenet.
